- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The employee Shane has a bad attitude. I witnessed him hassle a customer at the door at 5:01 PM who just wanted to cash his pay check and put gas in his truck to get home on a Friday afternoon. He was telling him he couldn't let him in because 1 customer leads to another. Seriously? He gave me an unnecessarily hard time when I asked for a copy of the checks I had deposited one day for the company I work for. I physically walked the checks to the counter and deposited them... I asked a manager to help me when he refused...and he also couldn't be troubled. Not helpful and deliberately rude to customers.By Dina Pelliccia, March 20, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆BAD SERVICE point blank. Came in on my lunch break with the intent to get my wife on the account, at the door I was greeted and was told my wife needs to be in the branch to sign something me having her social wasn't enough. So I leave call my wife she gets out of a meeting takes lunch early I pick her up and we go BACK! to the bank, only to find out "oh you need two forms of Approved identification" and of course she only brought her State license. needless to say they were no help they wasted roughly 2 hours of my day when i could have been doing better stuff. I will never go to this branch again. Please don't waste peoples time i know you guys close at 4 and want people out the door but this is not customer service. I am looking at different banks right now. Thanks for not helping us.By A Google User, November 05, 2016
